What PriceCheck does

PriceCheck scans trade invoices you forward to us and compares the prices against publicly available online retail prices. We show you where you may be overpaying and help you draft credit note requests.

What PriceCheck doesn't do

• We don't guarantee that online prices are available to you at the same terms or quantities.
• We don't guarantee that your wholesaler will issue a credit note — that's between you and them.
• Prices change constantly. Our comparisons are based on what we find at the time of scanning.
• We're a comparison tool, not financial advice.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login PIN secure.
• Don't share your account with others — each person should have their own.
• You must be a trade professional (or acting on behalf of one) to use this service.

Free trials

• Free trials last 14 days from signup.
• No payment card is required for a trial.
• After 14 days, your dashboard will stop updating unless you subscribe.
• We may delete trial data 30 days after the trial ends.

Paid subscriptions

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details.
• Weekly memberships renew automatically each week.
• You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We don't offer refunds for partial weeks, but if something's wrong, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Your invoices

• You own your invoice data. We just process it for you.
• By forwarding invoices to us, you give us permission to read, extract, and compare the data.
• We store your invoice data securely and separately from other customers.
• If you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy).

Accuracy

We do our best to provide accurate price comparisons, but:

• Online prices may not reflect trade account pricing, bulk discounts, or delivery charges.
• Product matching is automated — occasionally we may match the wrong product.
• Always verify a comparison before requesting a credit note from your supplier.

Liability

PriceCheck is provided "as is". We're not liable for:

• Inaccurate price comparisons
• Lost savings or failed credit note claims
• Any business decisions made based on our reports

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
